近年来,我国老龄产业有了较大的发展,老龄产业存在着潜在消费市场,但总体看来,其发展仍然滞后于人口老龄化和经济发展。在老龄产业发展中存在认识不到位、政策扶持不得力、职能部门条块分割、没有形成合力等问题。应该加大宣传力度,尽快出台相关老龄产业的扶持政策,确定老龄产业发展的优先行业,培育老龄产业市场,以此带动老龄产业的健康发展。
Abstract：The industry for the aged in China has made great progress.There are great potential consumption and market in industry for the aged.But generally speaking,the development of industry for the aged is still backward behind the ageing of population and economic development.There are following problems in the development of industry for the aged:incomplete understanding,insufficient support of policies,divided functional departments and no sound cooperation and coordination among those functional departments.Propagandas should be reinforced and relevant supporting policies made by governments.Preferential industry needs to be made sure.Measures on cultivating the aging market are expected to promote the healthy development of industry for the aged.
