提高大学生群体参与志愿活动的能力和水平,使其在和谐社会的建设中发挥更大的作用,是我国新时期社会主义建设的一个重要内容。为全面了解大学生志愿服务的现状和发展态势,以济南市山东大学的学生志愿服务为例,着重对大学生志愿服务的参与情况,大学生参与志愿服务的动机,大学生志愿服务过程中存在的特点、问题及相应的对策以及大学生对志愿服务的认知情况进行探讨。

Enhancing the capability and the level of the collegian voluntaries to improve its influence in the construction of the harmonious society is an indispensable part of the development of the socialism. For the sake of acknowledging the current situation and putting forward suggestions in the future development of the collegian voluntary work, this paper takes the collegian voluntary service in Jinan City as an example and puts the emphasis on these questions as follows:the present situation of the collegian voluntary service; the collegians' intentions to attend the voluntary work;the feature and the main problem in the process of voluntary service;the consciousness of the collegian volunteer to the voluntary service.
