改革开放以来,我国畜牧业生产得到了长足发展。畜产品消费总体而言在不断上升。现阶段畜产品供求的主要特征是价格增长幅度较大,生产集中度大大提高,资本、技术密集化程度加深,国际市场依赖度增强等。预计未来中长期我国畜产品供求总量平衡的压力将会不断加大,主要畜产品价格总体上将逐步提高。影响畜产品供给的主要因素有:国内外市场对畜产品需求的变化、生产规模化、科技的投入、饲料供给的变化、国际市场冲击等。影响需求的因素主要有:经济发展、人口增长、城市化率、消费习惯、食品安全状况等。

Since the reforming and opening-up,our country animal husbandry has gotten a great progress.The consumption of animal product is overall rising.At the present stage,the main feature of animal produce supply and demand is that the price growth range is bigger,the production concentration degree is greatly improved,the capital and technology intensive degree has deepened,the dependence degree on the international market has enhanced.The pressures of China balance of gross of supply and demand on livestock product in long-term future will continue to increase and the main animal produce price will gradually improve overall.The main factors that effect the animal products supply include: the demand change of domestic and international market on animal produce,the scale of production,the investment of science and technology,change of the feed supply,the impact from international market.The main factors that effect the demand include: the economic development,population growth,the urbanization rate,consumption habits,food safety situation.
