秦陵兵马俑表现了极高的写实造型水平,是世界上独一无二的雕塑艺术宝库。秦俑雕塑数量多、体量大、形象写实、神态各异,从造型角度看可以概括为"真"和"异"。秦俑雕塑造型风格形成的原因在于:一是秦朝的丧葬习俗,二是统一稳定的经济基础和强权政治,三是尚武、尚实的文化理念。秦俑雕塑承前启后,在思想性、艺术性和造型风格上都开创了新的境界,对后世雕塑影响意义深远。

The Terracotta Warriors and Horses performs the Qinling high levels of realistic modeling and is treasurehouse of a unique art sculpture in the world.
