历史主动精神是中国共产党在历史性、革命性、创造性的发展过程中形成的昂扬精神状态，既是中国共产党独具智慧的政治品格，又是中国共产党治国理政的宝贵精神财富。中国共产党历史主动精神体现在：彰显历史自觉的价值叙事、贯穿中华民族伟大复兴全过程的生成叙事、关切社会主要矛盾深刻转化的问题叙事和坚持以人民为中心的主体叙事。培育历史主动精神具有提升历史认知、涵养历史情怀、融塑历史认同的时代价值，可以从凝聚弘扬历史主动精神的主体力量、形成关于党的历史经验的新认识框架与新话语表达、持续推进党史学习教育的深化与实化、不断丰富拓展历史主动精神的培育环节四个方面着手，优化培育理路。

The historical initiative is the high spirit of the Communist Party of China formed in the process of historical, revolutionary and creative development. It is not only the unique political character of the Communist Party of China, but also the precious spiritual wealth of the Communist Party of China in governance.The historical initiative of the Communist Party of China embodies: the value narrative that highlights the historical consciousness, the generative narrative that runs through the whole process of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, the problem narrative that concerns the profound transformation of the major contradictions in society, and the main narrative that insists on the people as the center.Cultivating the historical initiative spirit has the value of enhancing historical cognition, cultivating historical feelings and shaping historical identity.We can start from four aspects: condensing the main force of carrying forward the historical initiative spirit, forming a new understanding framework and new discourse expression of the Party's historical experience,continuously promoting the deepening and realization of the Party's history learning and education,and constantly enriching and innovating the cultivation of the historical initiative spirit, so as to optimize the practice path of cultivating the historical initiative spirit.
