社会的良性发展包括很多方面,生态环境的良性发展是其中重要一环。近年来,以牺牲生态环境为代价换取经济发展的方式屡屡被提及,我们探究高质量的经济发展方式的同时,也探究如何保证环境的良性发展。生态环境保护是一项宏大的事业,在这项事业中有多元角色参与其中,公众是最接近而且是最具动员基础的角色之一。长江上游的环境保护以及生态屏障建设是国家顶层环境保护设计中的重要环节,研究长江上游生态屏障建设中的公众参与,梳理其现状、路径、存在问题,并展望未来趋势,有助于促进整个环保体系与思维的建设。
