"失独"作为不幸的家庭变故,不仅破坏了家庭结构,更颠覆了家庭关系,因而导致家庭功能受到严重损害。"失独者"已成为迫切需要关注的群体,我们要从社会建设的战略高度关注"失独家庭",帮助"失独者"实现家庭重构。家庭重构主要是通过家庭功能的恢复来实现。在"失独家庭"重构中,"失独者"本人要发挥核心主体作用,国家和社会是不可或缺的支持力量。

The loss of only-children is a great misfortune to the family,which not only destroys the family-structure but subverts the domestic-relationships therefore harms the family functions.Those families which lost one-child urgently need very special attention.We must concern with the reconstruction of those families and help them from a strategic height.The reconstructions of the family are realized by restoring semblance of normality to their home life.In this process,those families themselves should play an important role;the state and society are an indispensable support.
