隐性采访主要有观察式和介入式两种,隐性采访方式的选择会对新闻的真实性产生不同的影响,记者需要根据当时的实际情况作出判断,采取不同的采访形式。法制新闻报道中运用隐性采访应该严格掌握采访场所和范围,严格遵守相关的法律规范和社会公德。记者在隐性采访中要注意身份的法律限制,注意采访器材的法律限制等。同时,隐性采访不能为了追求新闻效应而损害公众的利益,放任违法行为的发生或以身试法。
