党的十八届三中全会把市场在资源配置中的"基础性作用"修改为"决定性作用",是马克思主义经济理论的重大创新。市场交易标准的强制化和基于利润的竞争是驱动企业自发创新的内在机制。对北京市532家企业自主创新的调查数据印证了市场机制因素对驱动企业自主创新的重要程度。下一步需要通过制度改革,释放市场活力,驱动企业创新。
Abstract：The "basic role" of market in resources allocation is amended as "decisive role" in the Third Meeting of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the CPC, which is an important innovation of economic theory of Marxism. Compulsory market standard and the competition based on interest is the internal mechanism that drives the spontaneous innovation of enterprises. The survey data of the independent innovation of 523 enterprises in Beijing confirms the importance of the factor of market mechanism driving the independent innovation of enterprises. The next step is to release the vitality of the market and drive the innovation of enterprises through reform of system.
