企业在开展电子商务营销的过程中,面对海量复杂的电子商务客户群,应基于顾客价值和顾客忠诚度的综合影响对电子商务顾客进行有效的客户细分,提出具有客户种类针对性的电子商务营销策略,为企业的客户管理实践和电子商务业务的运作提供有效指导。
Abstract：In the e-commerce marketing process,in the face of massive complex e-commerce customer base,enterprises should put forward E-commerce marketing strategies,based on the effective customer segmentation for the customer value and customer loyalty,and provide effective guidance for the enterprise customer management practices and the operation of e-commerce business.
