小农户衔接现代农业发展已成为国家推进农业农村现代化和乡村振兴的重要举措。但目前缺乏对小农户衔接现代农业发展内涵的研究。小农户衔接现代农业发展是以我国地少人多的资源禀赋为前提,以制度创新和政策创新为根本,以新型农业经营主体为引领,以现代经营理念和现代经营行为融入小农户为关键,以兼业小农户和离农户有效分化为核心,以小农户和新型农业经营主体共同发展为本质,以农业经营现代化、农业结构优质化、农产品品质化和农产品流通顺畅化为目标的中国特色农业现代化过程。深入剖析小农户衔接现代农业发展的前提、根本、引领、关键、核心、本质和目标,有助于弥补目前学界相关研究的薄弱环节,有助于提高相关职能部门与农业经营主体的认识水平,促进小农户和现代农业发展有机衔接这一目标的实现。

Connecting small peasant households to the development of modern agriculture has become an important measure for the country to promote agricultural and rural modernization and rural revitalization. However, at present, there is a lack of research on the connotation of the connection between small peasant households and modern agriculture. The connection of small peasant households to the development of modern agriculture is the process of agricultural modernizationpremised on the resource endowment of a small number of people in our country, the institutional innovation and policy innovation as the foundation, the new agricultural management body as the guide, the integration of small peasant households with modern management concepts and modern management behavior as the key, the effective differentiation of part-time small peasant households and out-of-farmers as the core, the joint development of small peasant households and new-type agricultural management as the essence, the Chinese characteristics as the goal of modernizing agricultural management, high-quality agricultural structure, quality of agricultural products and smooth circulation of agricultural products. An in-depth analysis of the premises, fundamentals, guidance, key, core, essence and goals of small peasant households' connection to the development of modern agriculture will help to make up for the weak links in the current academic research and raise the level of understanding of relevant functional departments and agricultural management entities,promote the realization of the goal of organically connecting small peasant households and modern agriculture.
