通过重庆市都市区城市规划修编的资源环境研究,分析重庆都市区的自然山水特点及其对城市建设和发展的影响。从城市的自然资源、环境与人类活动这两个系统的矛盾运动中,分析城市发展和城市规划与自然资源、环境的相互联系和作用应成为规划理念。城市规划研究需要在实践的基础上加强理论的探索和方法的创新,需要加强城市生态环境和山水城市的研究。

In this paper,the athor analyzes characters of natural landscape,especially mountains and rivers,and its effects to urban construction and development in Chongqing municipality.On the basis,a planning idea is put for- ward,which is necessary for urban development and planning to analyze interrelation and interaction among natural resources,ecologic environment,urban development and urban planning through contradictory movement of two sys- tems,or natural resources,ecologic environment and human activities in urban area.Then,the overall scheme to re- search is introduced,and processes of the program are briefed in six aspects.Therefore,it is necessary for urban planning and research to explore and bring forth new ideas in theory and method,and make more thorough study on urban ecologic environment and mountains-and-rivers cities.
